Spring is Sprung! We had a fabulous concert at the Barnes Music Festival in March (with beautiful symphonic wind band music, plus John Williams and 70s pop). Next, we return to Canbury Gardens in May, to start our Bandstand season. We’ll celebrate Open Gardens in Barnes, then the summer season sees our return to Trumpeters’ House in Richmond, plus the Children’s Literature Festival. The Band is delighted to be back at Barnes Fair, and Regent’s Park Bandstand. Then, later in the autumn, we have exciting plans to host another October concert with Barnes Community Choir. The Band are committed to entertaining our audiences, with a mix of challenging symphonic wind band music and bandstand favourites. We are passionate about community engagement and encouraging new musicians – from young children to adult learners/returners. We are Barnes Concert Band Registered Charity number 279245.
